For lunch, from Monday to Saturday, Cléo takes on the codes of the bistro. A generous menu where Bruno Aubin puts his talent at the service of sauces and seasonings. An ideal menu for busy appetites or business lunches.
For dinner or Sunday lunch, Cléo transforms itself into a gastronomic showcase. Discover creative, refined cuisine in a warm, intimate atmosphere.
The Chef
The inspiration of the chef’s palette is his grandmother’s home cooking: real flavours and an emotional dimension find their expression in his dishes.
He was strongly influenced by his early experience in Saint Emilion alongside Chef Philippe Etchebest, followed by seven years under the demanding leadership of starred chef Eric Frechon at the Bristol ... and then the excitement of the Drugstore, the legendary brasserie on the Champs Élysées: Bruno Aubin is a skilled perfectionist who shares enthusiastically.
Privatization
SALON BIBLIOTHEQUE
The library lounge can accommodate up to 10 guests. Ideal for business or family breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Also equipped for business meetings with its projection screen and Devialet loudspeaker.
RESTAURANT
Restaurant Cléo can also be privatized for lunch or dinner for up to 35 people. A cocktail reception can also be organized on the patio.

Cléo x Soucherie
Bruno Aubin, Cléo’s Chef, and Vianney de Tastes, Cellar Master at Château Soucherie, have worked together to create food and wine pairings that will be presented at Cléo restaurant according to their shared inspirations and the seasons.
To continue this gourmet alliance of two skills around the glass and the plate, new food and wine pairings will be created regularly.
