La Carte
At lunchtime, Monday to Saturday, Cléo revisits the bistro spirit with a generous, gourmet menu. Chef Bruno Aubin deploys his savoir-faire in the art of sauces and seasonings. An ideal address for business lunches or those in a hurry.
On Sunday lunchtimes, tradition is the order of the day with our signature roast chicken, to be enjoyed in a convivial atmosphere.
In the evening, Cléo reveals a gastronomic menu. Discover creative, refined cuisine in a warm, intimate atmosphere.


The Chef
The inspiration of the chef’s palette is his grandmother’s home cooking: real flavours and an emotional dimension find their expression in his dishes.
He was strongly influenced by his early experience in Saint Emilion alongside Chef Philippe Etchebest, followed by seven years under the demanding leadership of starred chef Eric Frechon at the Bristol ... and then the excitement of the Drugstore, the legendary brasserie on the Champs Élysées: Bruno Aubin is a skilled perfectionist who shares enthusiastically.

Privatization
SALON BIBLIOTHEQUE
The library lounge can accommodate up to 10 guests. Ideal for business or family breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Also equipped for business meetings with its projection screen and Devialet loudspeaker.
RESTAURANT
Restaurant Cléo can also be privatized for lunch or dinner for up to 35 people. A cocktail reception can also be organized on the patio.

Every Sunday lunchtime, enjoy our signature roast chicken, accompanied by seasonal garnishes carefully selected according to the Chef's inspiration.
New starters and desserts every two weeks.


LIVE DINNER
Once a month, Restaurant Cléo
changes atmosphere for a unique evening.
The program includes live music with singers, a specially designed menu to share, and a convivial atmosphere, more festive than ever.
