La Carte

Designed to reflect the chef’s vision, Cléo’s menu strikes a balance between land, sea, and plant-based dishes.

At lunch, the menu is concise, straightforward, and seasonal.

In the evening, it unfolds as five- or seven-course menus, with a vegetarian option. A precise, vibrant, and indulgent culinary experience, guided by clean flavors, expert sauces, and the emotional impact of the ingredients.

The Chef

Trained in the demanding traditions of classical cuisine, notably under Christian Constant, and having worked with Alain Ducasse, at the Plaza Athénée, and at Les Ombres, Alexandre Semperé brings a personal, natural, and unpretentious style to Cléo.

His signature: flavorful cuisine that celebrates the seasons, where plant-based and seafood ingredients take center stage. Precise seasoning, signature sauces, carefully selected ingredients, and a spirit of sharing paint the portrait of a sincere and dedicated chef.

Bar Léopold

The Léopold Bar transports guests to the Belle Époque era with its baroque wallpaper and boudoir-style decor.

Here you can enjoy 12 signature cocktails and 3 mocktails, such as the Cléopold or Le Mérode.

Just like in the kitchen, all creations are homemade and crafted with the utmost care, right down to the syrups and infusions:
a must-try drink not to be missed before or after dinner!

Privatization

SALON BIBLIOTHEQUE
The library lounge can accommodate up to 10 guests. Ideal for business or family breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Also equipped for business meetings with its projection screen and Devialet loudspeaker.

RESTAURANT
Restaurant Cléo can also be privatized for lunch or dinner for up to 35 people. A cocktail reception can also be organized on the patio.
